We offer secure and convenient remote online notarization services that allow you to get your documents notarized from the comfort of yModern Notaire provides professional notary services and related administrative services, including but not limited to:

• Apostille Assistance
   
• Loan Signing Services
   
• Ink-Roll Fingerprinting
   
• I-9 Employment Verification
   
• Wedding Officiant Services
   

All services are performed in accordance with New York State law and applicable regulations.our own home or office. Our platform is easy to use and compliant with all state and federal regulations.

Modern Notaire is not a law firm. Stephanie Lewis-Bullock is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice.

Modern Notaire does not:

• Prepare legal documents
   
• Interpret legal documents
   
• Advise on legal rights or obligations
   

Clients must seek a licensed attorney for any legal questions.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or approved communication channels.

You are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct service
   
• Providing accurate contact and location information
   
• Being available at the scheduled appointment time
   

Failure to provide correct information may result in service delays or cancellation fees.

Fees are based on service type, location, time, and complexity.

• Payment is due at the time of booking for online services
   
• Payment is due at the time of service for in-person and mobile services
   
• Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Cash (in-person only)
   

All quoted fees are subject to change if service details change.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
   
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules may be subject to a $50 fee or full travel fee
   
• Mobile travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations and identity-based services.

Failure to provide proper identification will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of service
   
• Possible application of service fees

If witnesses are required:

• Clients are encouraged to provide their own
   
• Witnesses must be requested in advance if supplied by Modern Notaire
   
• Additional witness fees apply

Modern Notaire reserves the right to refuse service if:

• Proper identification is not provided
   
• Documents are incomplete or improper
   
• Fraud, coercion, or illegal activity is suspected
   
• Any situation violates notary law or professional ethics

For mobile appointments:

• Travel, tolls, parking, and access fees are the client’s responsibility
   
• The signer must be present and ready at the scheduled time
   
• A waiting fee may apply for delays caused by the client

Modern Notaire shall not be held liable for:

• Client errors in document content
   
• Legal consequences of signed documents
   
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or emergencies
   
• Actions taken by third-party service providers
   

Notarial services are limited strictly to the witnessing of signatures and identification of signers.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
   
• Attempt unauthorized access
   
• Use the site for illegal purposes
   
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Modern Notaire and may not be used without written permission.
