At Modern Notaire, we believe that notarizing your important documents should be simple, convenient and stress-free. We've designed a straightforward process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible, whether you need a quick online notarization or a mobile visit.

How This Works!

Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment with Ease

Getting started is simple! Use our convenient online scheduling system to book your appointment. You'll be able to select: 

  • Your Preferred Service: Choose between Online Notarization, Mobile Notarization, Fingerprinting, Loan Signing, Apostille, or I-9 Verification. 
  • Your Desired Date & Time: Find a slot that fits perfectly into your schedule. 
  • Your Location (if not online): Provide your address for our mobile services.

Step 2: Receive Your Appointment Confirmation

Immediately after booking, you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox. This email will summarize your appointment details, including:

  • Date and Time
  • Service Type
  • Initial Fees


Please double-check this email for accuracy and save it for your records!

Step 3: Your Personalized "Next Steps" Email

Shortly after your initial confirmation, keep an eye out for a second, more detailed email from Modern Notaire. This email will contain everything you need to prepare for your specific service.

  • For Online Notarizations: You'll receive instructions on how to securely email your documents to us, along with any necessary platform links and pre-session requirements.
  • For Mobile Notarizations, Fingerprinting, etc.: We'll guide you on how to fill out our online intake form. This helps us gather all the essential information to make your appointment efficient.


This personalized email ensures we're fully prepared to provide you with the best service.

Step 4: Your "What To Expect" & Invoice Email

Approximately 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, we'll send you a final preparation email. This comprehensive message will ensure you're ready for our meeting and know exactly what to expect.

  • What to Expect at Your Meeting:  A friendly reminder of the flow of your specific service.
  • Required Identification: A clear list of acceptable forms of identification you'll need to have ready (e.g., Valid, government-issued ID).
  • You Detailed Invoice: A breakdown of all applicable service fees, including any travel or add-on charges, for your convenience.

Step 5: Your Professional Appointment

At your scheduled time, we'll conduct your notarization, fingerprinting, loan signing, apostille, or I-9 verification with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Whether it's online via our secure platform or in person at your chosen location, we're dedicated to making the process smooth and stress-free.

Step 6: Receipt of Service Rendered.

After the successful completion of your service, you will promptly receive a receipt for your records via email.
