Your Seamless Notarization Journey With Modern Notaire.

At Modern Notaire, we believe that notarizing your important documents should be simple, convenient and stress-free. We've designed a straightforward process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible, whether you need a quick online notarization, a mobile visit or specialized document services.

How This Works!

Step 1: Choose Your Service & Submit Your Request.

Getting started is easy. Head over to our Services page and select the service you need. 


Once you select your service, you’ll be directed to our online in-take form. Here, you will provide us with the initial details about your needs, preferred date/time, and location (if applicable) This helps us understand exactly how to assist you.

Step 2: Confirmation & ”Next Steps” Email.

After submitting your request, you will immediately receive an email confirming we’ve received your inquiry. 


Shortly after, keep an eye on your inbox for a personalized “Next Steps” email from Modern Notaire. This email will contain everything you need to prepare, including:

  • For Online Notarization (RON): Instructions on how to securely email your documents to us, along with any necessary platform links.
  • For Mobile Notarizations, Fingerprinting, Loan Signings, or I-9s: Guidance on how to securely upload or email any required documents (if applicable) for review. 


This personalized email ensures we’re fully prepared for your specific needs.

Step 3: Your Appointment Confirmation, Invoice & Preparation Guide.

Approximately 12-24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll send you a comprehensive email to ensure you’re completely ready. This message will include:


  • Final Appointment Confirmation: All the details like date, time, and method (online or location address)
  • Your Detailed Invoice: A clear breakdown of all applicable service fees, including any travel or add-on charges, You’ll have the flexibility to pay this invoice online before your meeting, or conveniently during the appointment itself. (Not Apostille Services. This service requires payment upfront)
  • What to Expect & ID Requirements: A friendly guide on what to expect during our meeting and clear list of valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification you’ll need to have ready.


Step 4: Your Professional Service

At your scheduled time, we’ll conduct your service with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Whether it’s online via our secure platform or in person at your chosen location, we’re dedicated to making the process smooth, accurate, and stress-free. 

Step 5: Receipt of Service Rendered

After the successful completion of your service, you will promptly receive a receipt for your records via email.
